The Ginger Mint Margarita




Ingredients
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz blanco tequila
.75 oz fresh lime juice
2 slices fresh ginger root
5 mint leaves
Instructions
Muddle the ginger and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add Cointreau, tequila, lime juice, and ice into cocktail shaker. Shake and fine strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Blackberry Mint Julep




Ingredients
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
.5 oz Chambord
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
5 muddled blackberries
6 mint leaves
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a shaker and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a blackberry.

 Watch Me Matcha

Ingredients
1 oz Four Pillars Gin
.75 oz Mizu Lemongrass Shochu
.5 oz Italicus
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Half barspoon matcha
3 cucumber slices
1 egg white
2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
Add egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and cucumber to a shaker tin and dry shake. Add gin, shochu, and Italicus with ice and shake again. Fine strain into a coupe glass.

Instructions
1.5 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Original or Triology Irish Whiskey
.5 part Grahams LBV Port
.5 part lemon juice
.75 tsp sugar
.5 part egg white
2 dashes olive oil
Top off with soda
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small fizz glass. Serve.
 Backyard Lemonade

Ingredients
1.5 oz The Botanist Gin
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz fino sherry
.5 oz simple syrup
2-5 halved strawberries
5-7 mint leaves
Instructions
Combine gin, lemon juice, sherry, and simple syrup into cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint leaves and halved strawberry.
 Day at the Beach

Ingredients
1 oz gin
.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz simple syrup
.25 oz St. Germain
3 fresh strawberries
Sparkling rosé
Instructions
Muddle strawberries. Add other ingredients, shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with fresh strawberry and pineapple leaves.
 Blueberry Batida

Ingredients
2 oz Novo Fogo Silver or Chameleon Cachaça
1 oz lime juice
1 oz sweetened condensed milk
.5 oz agave nectar
7 blueberries
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender with half a cup of ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with berries and freshly grated cinnamon.
 The Fighter

Ingredients
1.5 oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz agave nectar
.25 oz ginger juice
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Club soda to top
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except cayenne pepper and soda in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain over new ice into a rocks glass. Top with club soda and garnish with pinch of cayenne pepper.

Ingredients
3 oz Eroica Riesling from Chateau Ste. Michelle
1 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
.25 oz lemon juice
.25 oz grapefruit juice
2 dash grapefruit bitters
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a wine glass with ice; submerge grapefruit wheel.
 Pacific Coast

Ingredients
2 oz Flor de Caña 4 or 7
1 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz banana liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Combine ingredients and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel on the side of the glass.
 The American Dream

Ingredients
2 oz Bache-Gabrielsen American Oak
2 tsp Cherry Heering
2 tsp dry vermouth
Instructions
Stir all ingredients together, pour in a stemless snifter, and add 4 ice cubes. Garnish with a Cognac-marinated cherry bits and caramel cracker.
 Prairie Daisies

Ingredients
1.5 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
.5 oz elderflower liqueur
.25 oz lemon juice
1 bar spoon apricot preserves
Directions
Add all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled and double-strain into a cold mason jar glass.
 Red, White, and Blue Nectar

Ingredients
1.5 oz Blue Nectar Reposado Extra Blend
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz cranberry juice
.75 oz orange liqueur
4 lime quarters and 1 lime wheel
Instructions
Muddle the lime quarters with the simple syrup in a shaking tin. Add tequila, orange liqueur, and cranberry juice. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

Ingredients
2 oz Hampden Estates Jamaican Rum
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
3-4 cucumber slices
1 large or 2 small strawberry (cut into small pieces)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin, muddle & shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into goblet or highball over cracked ice. Garnish with cucumber slices & strawberry.
 American Smash

Ingredients
50 ml Auchentoshan American Oak
20 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Honey syrup (1 part honey, 2 parts water)
4–5 mint leaves
Instructions
Combine the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a Mason jar filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
 Tiger Cub

Ingredients
2 oz Sauza Silver Tequila
2.5 oz Mango-Turmeric Agua Fresca*
.5 oz lime juice
Instructions
Shake ingredients, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with mint.
*Mango-Turmeric Agua Fresca: Blend 3 cups ripe mango (or 18 oz frozen mango) with 4 cups water, 2 cups granulated sugar, and 2 tsp turmeric. Strain.

Ingredients2 oz Jägermeister
4 oz root beer
1 spray or 1 drop orange blossom water
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
InstructionsMix the Jägermeister, root beer, and orange blossom water. Top with ice cream and serve.

Ingredients
1 oz Patrón Añejo
1 oz sparkling water
.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
.75 oz Martini Bianco Vermouth
.75 oz apricot brandy
Grapefruit slice for garnish
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing glass and shake with ice to chill. Strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
 Blue Havaiyee

Ingredients
1.5 oz El Dorado white rum
1 oz blue curaçao
.5 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
1 strawberry
InstructionsPlace all ingredients in a mixing glass , add ice and shake vigorously. Pour into highball glass over crushed iced. Float heavy cream and add 1 sliced strawberry for garnish.

Ingredients
1 oz gin
1 oz Suntory Whisky Toki
.25 oz Italicus Rosolio Bergamot Liqueur
.5 oz honey syrup*
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1 dash lavender bitters
1 dash orange flower water
Instructions
Shake, double strain into a coupe and serve up. Garnish with a dried lavender sprig.
*Honey Syrup: Combine 2 parts honey with 1 part hot water. Stir to combine.

Ingredients
2 oz Jägermeister
1 oz fresh lemon
.5 oz simple syrup
1 whole strawberry
Mint, basil or sage
Instructions
Muddle strawberry with simple syrup, then add herb and muddle lightly. Combine remaining ingredients in shaker. Ice and shake vigorously and strain over crushed ice.
